WALLPAPERS AND BORDER PURCHASED FROM WALLPAERS'N MORE ARE RETUNABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT. ONLY UNOPENED BOLTS OF WALLPAPER AND OR BORDER MAY BE RETURNED AND ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING AND HANDLING CHARGE(USUALLY 25%) IMPOSED BY THE MANUFACTURERS. RETURN FREIGHT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTY RETURNING THE MERCHANDISE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES SENT FREIGHT COLLECT. MERCHANDISE RETURNED THAT IS OPENED, CUT OR WITHOUT LABELS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. FABRICS ITEMS, ACCESSORIES ETC. MAY NOT BE RETURNED. ALL CLOSEOUTS ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Please note that a color variation to the image seen on a computer is not indicative of poor quality. The color of most products are subject to what is generally referred to as dye lot variations. The manufacturers will not accept returns for color variation unless the color varies significantly from there sample books. Please e-mail,telephone us or bring the product into our showroom to discuss any quality issues and for instructions on returning defective merchandise.
